Who is this?

This cute pair of River Tern seem to be asking me that question at the Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary in Mysore.

    Just beautiful! I love seashore Terns also....they run and scamper really fast over the wetlands and wet sand. When I lived in the States I used to watch them daily on the Eastern Shore of Delaware.
